I think the children decorating the java mittens is a really good idea. Maybe they decorate on "kids eat free" nite? It would get the restaurant busy with happy kids and keep your coffee cups happy. The fresh air really did your head well. Great idea.

can you park in a parking lot? or is that illegal. what are all the laws on where you can park and do business? does it have to be a public street and not a parking lot.
what about a desert area--you probably have to get permission if someone owns it right?
i just watched the great food truck race. interesting but i didn't catch all of the rules of where you are allowed to park.
what about a city parking lot like the library on paseo verde near the multigen center? maybe not if it is city property.
some desert space off st rose near jefferys or spencer?

the location looks good with the greenery in front. it will help with some shade in the sunny afternoons too because you are facing west.
the good thing about your location is that you can say "we are on Eastern, right behind ___" whatever the main visual from Eastern is. like Osaka I think. most people will know that. exciting things coming!

Well, I never thought it would happen. You have topped your own efforts. The apricot tart was scrumptious !!!! We were so full when we left that night that we could only enjoy the aroma but the next morning we ate three or four pieces each. Im sure it would have been even more delicious warm from the oven. We hope you know that the fruit we bring you is for your own personal use! We never expect to receive it back at dinner but that is a fulfillment of the scripture about bread cast upon the water coming back to you.(Eccl 11:1) We loved all the foods with apricots we ate that night and can't wait till the apricots come back next year. The tart has to be one of your seasonal offerings from your new store. You get perfect scores from us for the iron chef competition.

I went to check this place out yesterday. The Chilean Dog was amazing. I was surprised by how much I liked it. I would totally go back here. Super buns Chris! And of course I couldn't leave without a couple of cupcakes. :) Jon loved the red velvet. His brother Stephen and I love the Chocolate. It was straight up deliciousness.
