Double take Auctions this is one of my new favorite hobbies to look at restaurant equipment and see what happens when things go to auction, so I finally bided on some items today I lost a few bids and won a few so I am now the proud owner of a 20 qt hobart mixer, a refrigerated pastry showcase, and a small griddle than we can make english muffins on. These items came from Fransouis catering lucky bidding number 2071.




New 20 qt mixer with attachments on www.thefind.com goes for $2100 used and $4700 new and we just bought for $750.00


The same showcase I seen used the other day for $3000.00 new they are anyway between $4000-$6000 


Missed out on a reach in double stacking oven while changing a diaper, might be for the better though it would have looked kind of funny wrapped under the christmas tree for joseph.
